To be honest; we like to take a walk along the coast.
Many dog owners already took this part of the Orihiuela Costa as a dog beach.
Now the townhall of Orihuela has announced as a legal beach for ours pets.
This part of the Orihuela Costa is now as the Cala Mosca beach.
The beach between Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima.
Since years the cove has been very popular with the dog owners.
But when the police came…. Sometime they order the people to move on.
Dog lovers
Many of the Orihuela Costa resident are West Europeaan people who are retired and have a company dog.
So they asked the townhall to officialed the dog beach .
But also for the many tourists with a dog is this beach is a boost to come to this lovely part of the Spanish Coast.
Now, Orihuela Costa is know for the e beautiful sandy beaches and coves.
But alsof or the excellent water quality.
Beach for surfers
So there is also a beach specielly for surfers. The beach is the “Cala Cerrada” between La zeniaa and Playa Flamenca .

So this displays shows all the rules for dogs and the owners.

Furthermore the pictures make it easy to understand.
Of course everyone has to respect the fauna and flora.
As a good dog owner people are asked to collect any excrement in bags and desposit in the nearby bins.
Also important dog owners must carry their dog veriterany health pass with then.
Also good to kwons is that the have to micro chipped.
